Create the job with the customer, the site and its access code, and the heat pump or water heater registered on the site.
- 02 · Survey and quote
Send a quote the customer accepts on a link, without logging in. Prices come from your own price catalogue.
- 03 · Fit the urgent job in
Route optimisation weighs skills, time windows and travel time, and tells you which jobs no longer fit when an emergency comes in. Planning by hand on the dispatch board is free.
- 04 · SJA and hot-work permit
The job can't start until its risk assessment is filled in, and the hot-work permit from the form library is there before anyone solders.
- 05 · Test and document
Pressure tests, commissioning and photos in your own forms on the phone, even in a basement without signal. The customer signs on the spot.
- 06 · Invoice, and the next visit
A finished job becomes a draft invoice with the parts used, sent as PDF or EHF. A service agreement brings the next visit back with an SLA countdown.
