The Free plan covers the daily work of a trade company: jobs, people, addresses, paperwork and the mobile app. It has no time limit and no user limit.
Two features are included for the first 30 days only: scanning paper forms into digital forms, and drafting handbook sections with AI. Forms and sections created in that period remain available.

Minimum
A minimum of 3 active field workers.
Paid packages are billed for at least 3 active field workers. For a smaller firm, Complete costs 597 kr a month (5 970 kr a year) and Work Safety alone 207 kr a month, ex. MVA.
The Free plan has no minimum and covers the daily work for firms of any size.

- Above 3, you pay for the active field workers you had that month.
Billing period
Pay for the year and two months are free.
The toggle above the cards switches every price between monthly and annual. Annual means you pay twelve months up front and get ten months' price: Complete is 1 990 kr per active field worker per year instead of 2 388 kr. The same rule runs through every package.
The minimum, the free allowances and the cancellation terms are the same for both.

The unit
What counts as an active field worker.
An active field worker is a field worker who did field work in the month. Office users are never counted.
Workers on holiday, sick leave or off-season are not counted that month.

Why is the daily work free?
The daily work — jobs, crew, forms, photos — costs little to run, and we want Field Ops to be the system the whole crew uses.
We charge for four packages, each of which replaces work that is done by hand today: route planning, HMS documentation, payroll hours and invoicing.
There is no charge per login, and office users are never counted.

01Is the Free plan free permanently?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. It covers jobs, customers, sites, equipment, the mobile app, forms, messaging, the operations overview, the HMS handbook and personal clock in/out, for any number of users. No card is required.
02What happens after the first 30 days?
The account continues on Free. All data is kept and no user loses access. Each package keeps a monthly allowance; to use more of a package, you buy it.
03What counts as an active field worker?
A field worker who did field work in the month. Workers on holiday, sick leave or off-season are not counted. Office users are never counted.
04Do office staff, planners or managers cost anything?
No. Office users are free on every package, including Free.
05Can I buy just one package?
Yes. Each package is sold separately. Complete bundles all four for 199 kr instead of 336 kr per active field worker per month.
06We are a two-person firm. What does a package cost?
Paid packages have a minimum of 3 active field workers, so a two-person firm pays for 3: 597 kr a month for Complete, or 207 kr for Work Safety alone, ex. MVA. The Free plan has no minimum.
07Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in the app. There is no binding period and no notice period. When the paid period ends, the account returns to Free and all data is kept.
08Are prices shown with or without MVA?
Prices are ex. MVA. MVA is added to the invoice.
09Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing gives two months free: Complete costs 1 990 kr per active field worker per year instead of 2 388 kr. Payment is by card.
10We are already an ABAX customer. Does that change anything?
With ABAX vehicle tracking and Work Plan, your vehicles appear live on the dispatch map, and a job can start automatically when the vehicle arrives on site (off by default). You can sign in with your ABAX account. Prices are the same.
11How is AI used, and who stays in control?
AI output is always a draft for you to review. Scanned forms, HMS handbook sections and suggested TEK17 references must be approved before they are used, and the handbook is a starting point, not a compliance certificate. Route planning uses a mathematical optimiser (Google OR-Tools), not a language model, and a plan takes effect only when you approve it. Automated actions are off by default, and all changes, including those made by an assistant, are recorded in the audit log.
12Can we export our data?
Yes, without contacting us. Customers export as CSV; invoices, quotes, inspection reports and signed documents as PDF; invoices also as EHF/UBL. With Time Tracking, hours export in the Visma, Tripletex and Fortnox formats. Complete includes a public API (OAuth2) with signed webhooks.
13Where is our data stored, and how is GDPR handled?
Data is stored in the EU on Google Cloud. You are the data controller and we are the processor; the data processing agreement and privacy statement are published on this site. Site access codes are encrypted, access is controlled through four roles, and changes are recorded in an audit log.
14What are the limits on storage, SMS and calls?
Every account includes 5 GB of storage, 25 SMS and 15 voice minutes a month. Chat, push notifications and email are not metered. Reaching a limit never deletes data.
15We already use an accounting or payroll system.
Field Ops works alongside it. With Time Tracking, hours export as payroll files for Visma, Tripletex and Fortnox. Invoices export as PDF and EHF/UBL, and Complete includes an API for other integrations.
16Do you offer prices in SEK or EUR?
Not yet. Prices and billing are in Norwegian kroner. The product itself is available in Norwegian, Swedish and English.
17What do we need to install?
Nothing in the office; Field Ops runs in the browser. Field workers install the iOS or Android app from their invitation.
18How do we get started if everything is in spreadsheets?
Enter your organisation number and the company details are fetched from Brønnøysundregistrene. A short setup wizard follows. Customers, sites and workers can be imported from a spreadsheet; the importer previews every change before saving and never deletes existing records.
