Why is it free?
The daily work costs little to run, and we want Field Ops to be the system the whole crew uses. We charge for four packages, each of which replaces work that is done by hand today.
Nothing deleted.
What are the limits?
Storage, SMS and voice minutes have fair-use limits: 5 GB, 25 SMS and 15 minutes a month. Reaching one shows a price; it never starts a subscription.
We already use Tripletex.
Keep it. Field Ops covers the work before the invoice. Hours export as a payroll file, and invoices as PDF and EHF.

Is my data mine?
Yes. Export customers as CSV and documents as PDF, review the audit log, and, with Complete, use the public API.
We are a two-person firm.
The Free plan has no minimum. Paid packages are billed for at least 3 active field workers.
