The job can't start until its risk assessment is filled in. The site safety round and the start-up meeting checklist come from the form library.

Register a change case under NS 8405, 8406, 8407 or for a private customer. The notice is pre-written, and the deadline radar warns you before a reply is due.
- 06 · Regningsarbeid and invoice
Weekly regningsarbeid timesheets, prefilled from logged hours, go out as a PDF with an objection window. The finished work becomes an invoice, sent as PDF or EHF.

Frequently asked questions
Which contracts do the change cases support?
NS 8405, 8406 and 8407, NS 8415–8417, and consumer jobs under the håndverkertjenesteloven and bustadoppføringslova.
Can the client answer a notice without an account?
Yes. The client gives the three-part answer, on the basis, the time and the compensation, on a signing link, or you register it by hand.
Do we need projects for small jobs?
No. Small jobs stay as jobs on Free. Projects are for work with milestones, budgets and change orders, and are part of Work Plan.
Does the app work on site without signal?
Yes. The crew's app works offline and syncs when it gets signal again.
