Common questions
- How do I sign in?
- Open the Field Ops app and sign in with the email your administrator invited you with, or through your company's single sign-on. If you can't sign in, contact your company administrator or email support.
- How do I reset my password?
- Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or ask your administrator to re-send your invitation.
- The app can't access my location, camera or notifications.
- Field Ops needs location, camera and notification permissions to track job travel, attach photos and alert you to new jobs. Enable these in your device settings under Field Ops.
- How do I access or delete my data?
- You have the right to access and delete your personal data. See our Privacy policy, or email support and we'll handle your request within 30 days.
