Terms of service

The service

ABAX Field Operations provides work-order management, dispatch, forms, safety, time tracking and related tools for field-service teams, delivered as a hosted web dashboard, a mobile app and an API. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

Accounts and access

You access ABAX Field Operations through an account created by your organisation or by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Your administrator controls who in your organisation may access your data.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ABAX Field Operations only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse the service — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering it, or uploading unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless noted otherwise. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and support

We work to keep ABAX Field Operations available and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability. Support is available by email — see our Support page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABAX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. You may stop using ABAX Field Operations at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting ABAX entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
