Create the job with the customer, the site and its access code, and the equipment you'll work on.
- 02 · Survey and quote
Send a quote the customer accepts on a link, without logging in. Prices come from your own price catalogue.
- 03 · The right electrician, the right day
Route optimisation weighs each electrician's skills, time windows and travel time, and tells you which jobs won't fit. Planning by hand on the dispatch board is free.
- 04 · SJA before the board opens
The job can't start until its risk assessment is filled in on the phone.
- 05 · Document as you work
Forms, checklists and photos on the phone, even without signal, and the customer signs on the spot. Scan your own paper forms into digital ones with AI.
- 06 · Hours and parts to invoice
A finished job becomes a draft invoice with the materials used, and the hours booked to it if you have Time Tracking. Send it as PDF or EHF, and export payroll in the Visma, Tripletex or Fortnox format.

Can we keep using our own samsvarserklæring?
Yes. Scan your paper form and Field Ops turns it into a digital form with AI, or build it yourself in the form builder. Fill it in on the job and get the customer's signature on the phone.
Do apprentices and office staff cost anything?
Everyone gets a free login, apprentices included. Paid packages count active field workers only, never office users, and are billed for at least 3.
We already have ABAX in our vans. Does it connect?
Yes. Sign in with ABAX and import your organisation, and with Work Plan you see live vehicle positions on the dispatch board.
Which payroll and accounting systems do you support?
Payroll export in the Visma, Tripletex and Fortnox formats. Invoices go out as PDF or EHF.
