- Are the signature and date fields included? These are critical for legal validity.
Verification typically takes 5–10 minutes for a standard checklist form. That's still far faster than building the form by hand from scratch.

It doesn't depend on whether the form was scanned or built by hand — it depends on the content and the traceability.
