Each step shows what you use, and whether it's free or part of a package.

Create the job with the customer and the address. Repeat customers and their sites are already there.
- 02 · Survey and quote
Send a quote the customer accepts on a link, without logging in. Prices come from your own price catalogue, so the square-metre rates are consistent.
- 03 · Plan the week
Put painters on jobs by hand on the dispatch board, or let route optimisation fill the days. Bigger jobs become projects with milestones.
- 04 · SJA and the products
The job can't start until its risk assessment is filled in. The chemical register and the safety data sheets are on the phone, not in the van.
- 05 · Photos and the extra room
Before and after photos on the job, even without signal. The customer signs the finished work on the spot.
- 06 · Hours and materials to invoice
A finished job becomes a draft invoice with the paint used and the hours booked to it. Send it as PDF or EHF.

Frequently asked questions
Can the customer approve a quote without an account?
Yes. The quote goes out on a link, and the customer accepts it there. The accepted quote stays on the job.
Do we have to type in the safety data sheets?
No. The chemical register holds the data sheets you upload, and the chemicals inspection round checks the register is complete.
Do apprentices and office staff cost anything?
Everyone gets a free login, apprentices included. Paid packages count active field workers only, never office users, and are billed for at least 3.
Does the app work in a basement stairwell without signal?
Yes. The crew's app works offline and syncs when it gets signal again.
